Applications are invited from Pakistani citizens for appointment against the following posts on a regular I-contract basis. Candidates possessing requisite qualification/ experience may apply within the date:-
Asst. Resident Warden-Male (BPS-16) 01 on a contract basis
Asst. Resident Warden-Female BPS-16 01 on a contract basis
Security Supervisor (BPS-14) 01 on a contract basis
Storekeeper -Female (BPS-11) 01 on a contract basis
Dispenser-cum-Dresser (BPS-06) 01 on a contract basis
Record Keeper (BPS-05) 01 on a contract basis
Assistant Store Keeper-Transport (BPS-05) 01 on a contract basis

Applications duly filled/completed in all respect with 2-attested photographs, copies of experience certificates, education testimonials, domicile, and CNIC should reach the office of the Assistant Registrar (Admin) along with Pay Order/Bank Draft (any bank) or through bank Challan from HBL Quaid-i-Azam University Branch of Rs,1,000/- non- refundable drawn in favor of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad on or before 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement, during office hours.
The application form may be obtained and downloaded either from the Administration Section/Admin Block of the University or from the university website i.e. www.gau.edu.pk
Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date, will not be entertained.

Applicants already working in GovernmenUSemi Government Organizations/ Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channels supported with a service certificate and NOC issued by the present employer. However, the University may entertain advance copies, if clearly mentioned.
Selected candidates will be governed by the Quaid-i-Azam University Statutes.
The University reserves the right not to fill/accept or reject the application(s) without assigning any reason.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions at any stage
